Health & Safety Policies

Luxe Wellness programs and retreat services have health and hygiene best practice, policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff along with following NSW health guidelines.

We kindly request for all guests to please complete a Health & Safety online declaration before attending any Luxe Wellness services or retreats.

Please fill out our online Health & Safety declaration form. It is important that this form is completed prior to attendance of our next retreat or service.

Please fill out the following form
in order to participate in our activity.

Are you feeling in good health to attend a Luxe Wellness event or Retreat?
Have you been exposed to any viruses over the last 14 days?
Have you experienced a cough, fever or fatigue in the last 14 days?
Have you been medically diagnosed or tested positive for influenza A, B, and other viruses Such as Covid In the last 14 days?
If attending a Luxe Wellness retreat or event do you feel you would put other guests or staff Health and safety at risk?
Have you been under the care of a psychiatrist, mental health institute or admitted for mental health concerns or safety in the last three months?
Have you had any suicidal ideation or attempted end of life within the last 12 months?

If you answered yes to any of the above, please contact retreat/event host and supply a medical certificate or clearance letter from your GP or cleared negative test results.

We also kindly request for all guests to please complete a Waiver & Release of Liability form before attending any Luxe Wellness services or retreats.
